The Office add-in works inside the file you have open. The browser builder works with presentations saved in Deckary. Choose the Office add-in when the task needs to change your current Office document.
Set up the Office add-in#
- Open the Office add-in installation page and follow the Microsoft installation flow.
- Open your PowerPoint presentation, Excel workbook, or Word document.
- Launch Deckary and sign in to your Deckary account.
- Choose a small first task and review its result.
Your Microsoft account is used for the Office installation. Your Deckary account provides access to Deckary inside the pane. Use the same Deckary account in Excel and PowerPoint when linking worksheet data to charts.
Continue with a workflow#
- PowerPoint: build or edit a slide, create a native chart, or link Excel data.
- Excel: use the AI agent, audit formulas, or build a financial model.
- Word: get started, then edit and review a document.
- MCP: connect an external agent, then choose saved web presentations or live PowerPoint.
