Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Deckary's website and PowerPoint add‑in (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be capable of forming a binding contract and comply with these Terms. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it. Authentication is provided via a third‑party provider and you must comply with their terms as well.
License and Access
We grant you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content or conduct.
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or circumventing security or usage limits.
- No interference with the Services, networks, or other users.
- No automated scraping, rate‑limit evasion, or abusive load.
- Respect third‑party rights and applicable laws.
Fees and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription processed by Stripe or similar providers. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your designated payment method for applicable fees and taxes. Prices and plans may change with notice.
AI Features and Outputs
When you use AI features, your inputs and outputs may be processed by third‑party AI providers to generate results. AI outputs can be imperfect; you are responsible for verifying accuracy and suitability for your use case. Do not input confidential or sensitive information unless you have authority to do so.
Third‑Party Services
The Services may integrate with or depend on third‑party services (e.g., authentication, payments, AI, hosting). We are not responsible for third‑party services, which are governed by their own terms.
Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, trademarks, and content, are owned by Deckary or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain rights in your own content.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deckary and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Deckary harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, rights and licenses granted to you end.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
