155 real presentations by Bain & Company, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG and Accenture, free to open with no signup. 108 are direct PDF or PowerPoint links on government, university, conference and firm sites. The other 47 are on SlideShare, 35 of them on the firms' own accounts.¹ Each row lists the year, the client or venue, the industry and the page count. All links checked on 1 November 2026.

The client decks come from public records: council and board packets, regulatory filings and inquiry exhibits. Clients include the City of Toronto, the Iowa Board of Regents, the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education, Santa Barbara County, the Denton County Transportation Authority and Orange & Rockland Utilities. The rest are partner talks posted by conference organizers and slide-format research the firms published. We found far fewer public client decks for Bain, PwC and Accenture than for McKinsey, so those sections lean on talks and research. For McKinsey, see our library of 152 real McKinsey presentations.

Bain & Company Presentations

Bain's public decks are mostly partner talks and research. Client decks are rare and mostly older: cost diagnostics for UNC Chapel Hill (2009), UC Berkeley (2010) and Syracuse University (2014), Rhode Island's 2011 pension reform briefing, a 2014 chemicals study for Brazil's development bank BNDES, and cost-optimization slides filed in the 2018 New York rate case of Orange & Rockland, a Con Edison subsidiary. The talks come from industry associations, many in Italy and Spain, and from Bain Brasil's 2020 webinar series on its official SlideShare account. The research includes the Altagamma luxury monitors and Bain's India private equity and venture capital reports.

Deloitte Presentations

Deloitte's public client decks mostly come from university systems, cities and state agencies, and many are long. The Iowa Board of Regents efficiency review produced three decks in 2014; the New Mexico State University staffing study runs 194 pages and a Kentucky feasibility study 269. Short ones exist too: a 7-slide Port of Long Beach update and the 17-slide oral presentation Deloitte gave to Georgia's Department of Community Health for Medicaid waiver work. The talks include Deloitte Access Economics briefings in Australia, a TMT Predictions talk and a TMT outlook webcast.

Start with these:

  • Administrative Operating Model and Business Cases (Iowa Board of Regents, 2014, 138 pages). Each business case moves from the opportunity to costs and benefits, return and payback, and implementation.
  • 1115/1332 Waiver Consulting: Oral Presentation (Georgia Department of Community Health, 2019, 17 slides). A redacted pitch deck: agenda, team, proposed approach. It is the only Big 4 pitch deck we found.
  • NMSU Staffing Study (2015, 194 pages). The PDF's metadata still carries the title "Deloitte PowerPoint template — Top tips for use", a reminder that these long reports are built in PowerPoint.

PwC Presentations

PwC was the hardest of the six firms for us to source. Our searches of council and board packets mostly returned PwC's financial-statement audit work, which we left out, and we could confirm few of PwC's own research decks, so they are under-represented here. Half of the client decks come from UK public bodies: analysis for the 2025 local government reorganisation in Nottinghamshire and Greater Essex, and two research reports for Monitor, the former NHS regulator. The rest include a European Commission procurement webinar, a treasury briefing for a New Zealand council, a review of the ITU's regional offices, a cyber response assessment for the City of Windsor in Canada, Strategy&'s Global Innovation 1000 fact pack, and talks and research from PwC's official SlideShare account.

Start with these:

  • Local Government Reorganisation: Options Appraisal (Nottingham and Nottinghamshire councils, 2025, 106 slides). Numbered sections with divider slides, options compared against stated criteria, and a financial case with payback.
  • Foundation Trust Strategic Planning Assessment (Monitor, 2013, 88 slides). Opens with a "project on a page" summary and keeps a section tracker on every page.
  • Review of ITU's Regional Presence (International Telecommunication Union, 2020, 20 slides). A short client presentation with an agenda tracker and action titles such as "The small size of offices and scale of geographical coverage make the current operating model inefficient".

EY Presentations

Most of EY's public client decks come from its strategy arm, EY-Parthenon, and from public inquiries. The Massachusetts Board of Higher Education posted four EY-Parthenon decks on campus finances (2020–2022). The state's education department posted EY's 2023 review of Boston Public Schools data as PowerPoint files. Newfoundland's Muskrat Falls inquiry published EY's working decks, and the City of Vancouver released EY's baseline financial review under freedom of information.

KPMG Presentations

KPMG has the most public client work in this list, mostly for local government. Ontario municipalities from Sioux Lookout to North Bay have published KPMG service delivery reviews. The City of Toronto's 2011 Core Service Review classes each service as Mandatory, Essential, Traditional or Discretionary before it lists savings options, and the 2024 North Bay review uses the same terms. Santa Barbara County's board posted four KPMG department reviews (2020–2023). In 2025 KPMG prepared the Kent reorganisation options appraisal and the Scottish Government's NHS Grampian diagnostic. Most of these are long reports built in PowerPoint, one topic per landscape page, rather than decks shown in a meeting; the Toronto committee presentation and the Santa Barbara briefings are the presented versions.

Accenture Presentations

Accenture's public client decks are few: in the agency packets we searched, Accenture material was mostly contracts and agency-written updates, not Accenture analysis. Two full client decks stand out. Bowling Green State University published Accenture's 2013 opportunity assessment, and the Denton County Transportation Authority's December 2020 board packet holds 81 Accenture slides with a transformation roadmap, initiative charters and service-standard options. Partner talks are easier to find: NIST biometrics conferences, eu-LISA industry roundtables, Eurelectric summits, and Accenture's official SlideShare accounts.

Start with these:

  • Opportunity Assessment Report (Bowling Green State University, 2013, 90 slides). An agenda tracker that returns at every section, opportunity charters and a closing "Path to Change" section, with Accenture's copyright line on all 90 slides.
  • DCTA Future State Roadmap (Denton County Transportation Authority, 2020, 81 slides on pages 92–172 of the board packet). A transit transformation deck that pairs the roadmap with initiative charters and service-standard options.

How These Decks Differ From McKinsey, BCG and Bain Style

Reading the six sets side by side shows where the Big 4 and Accenture part ways with the strategy firms. For the strategy firms' own conventions, see our guides to McKinsey-style slides and BCG presentation style.

Bain writes like McKinsey and BCG. Its client decks and partner talks put full-sentence action titles over the exhibits and a source line under them, and some, such as the 2009 UNC diagnostic and the 2014 SPEE talk, carry a confidentiality line on every slide. The research decks keep the sentence titles too: "2022 was a tale of two halves in private equity industry" heads a page of the 2023 roadshow deck.

Big 4 client work often arrives as a long report built in PowerPoint. KPMG's client decks in this list have a median of 82 pages, most of them municipal service reviews, and Toronto's shared services study runs 346. Deloitte's Kentucky feasibility study runs 269.

Titles often label instead of argue. KPMG's Canadian municipal reports and many Deloitte client decks use topic titles such as "Financial Overview" or "Project Overview" and put the message in a summary box or the first bullet. EY, Bain and Accenture client decks more often state the point in the title, and the firms' research decks almost always do.

The client's brand, not the firm's. EY-Parthenon's Massachusetts decks carry the client's branding throughout; the firm is named only in the board's minutes and the file names. Elsewhere the firm marks every page: KPMG Canada's recent municipal reports carry a document classification in the footer, and Accenture's Bowling Green assessment has the firm's copyright line on all 90 slides.

Patterns You Can Copy

  1. Classify before you cut. Toronto's Core Service Review sorts every service into Mandatory, Essential, Traditional or Discretionary, and only then lists options, so councillors agree on the frame before they argue about the savings.
  2. Give each opportunity its own page. KPMG's South Glengarry review puts one opportunity on each page, rated for risk and disruption, and the North Bay review pairs each observation with an opportunity assessment page that carries a disruption gauge. A council can accept or reject each one on its own.
  3. Use one skeleton for every business case. Deloitte's Iowa business cases each run from opportunity to costs and benefits, return and payback, and implementation, so the board can compare them page for page.
  4. Score options against stated criteria. The Kent and Nottinghamshire options appraisals assess every option against the same criteria, which makes the recommendation traceable.
  5. Mark drafts on every page. EY-Parthenon's "Draft for discussion" tag stops a working page from being forwarded as a final answer.
  6. Pair the roadmap with initiative charters. Accenture's DCTA and Bowling Green decks follow the roadmap or the opportunity list with charter pages, so each line of the plan has its scope, benefits and measures written down. See our guide to Gantt charts in PowerPoint for the roadmap itself.
  7. Version the footer. Bain's tracker footer ("HOU 141202 OE at SPE vshared") records the office, date and version on each slide, so a stray printout can be traced.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I download real Bain presentations for free? This page lists 39 real Bain & Company presentations with free links and no signup: 32 direct PDF links and 7 on SlideShare. Most are partner talks at industry events and slide-format research such as the Altagamma luxury monitors and Bain's India private equity reports. Public Bain client decks are rare: the 6 here are university cost diagnostics, a Rhode Island pension briefing, a BNDES chemicals study and slides filed in a New York utility rate case. All links were checked on 1 November 2026.

Where can I find real Deloitte, PwC, EY and KPMG presentations? This page lists 24 Deloitte, 18 PwC, 20 EY and 25 KPMG presentations with free links. The client decks come from public records such as council and university board packets, government releases and inquiry exhibits. KPMG's Canadian municipal service reviews and EY-Parthenon's Massachusetts higher-education decks are the richest sources. The rest are partner talks and research decks, many from the firms' official SlideShare accounts. All links were checked on 1 November 2026.

Is there an official Deloitte, PwC, EY or KPMG PowerPoint template? We found no official public download of any of these firms' house PowerPoint templates. The decks on this page show the templates in use: the metadata of one Deloitte PDF still reads “Deloitte PowerPoint template — Top tips for use”. Use the decks as a reference for structure, and build your own layout with your own data and branding.

How are Big 4 presentations different from McKinsey, BCG and Bain slides? Bain's client decks and partner talks follow the same conventions as McKinsey and BCG: full-sentence action titles and source lines under the exhibits, and some carry a confidentiality line on every slide. Big 4 client work often arrives as a long report built in PowerPoint, with topic titles, dense tables and one page per opportunity instead of one chart per slide. KPMG's client decks in this list have a median of 82 pages, most of them municipal service reviews.

¹ All links were checked on 1 November 2026. PDF and PowerPoint links open or download directly. SlideShare shows decks online without an account; downloading needs a SlideShare subscription or free trial. The Format column says whose account posted each SlideShare deck. Where the original host no longer has a deck, we link the surviving copy and say so. A few links open long files, such as a board packet or a regulatory exhibit; the row says which pages hold the deck. The decks belong to the firms or their clients: public availability does not grant permission to reuse their content, data or logos, so study the structure and cite the source.
