95 real BCG presentations, free to open. 69 are direct PDF or slide-file links on government, conference, co-publisher and BCG sites, with no signup. The rest open on SlideShare (18), Scribd (4) or Speaker Deck (2), or are public copies elsewhere: a deck filed with the US SEC and a PDF on Invest India's site.¹ Each row lists the year, the client or venue, the industry and the page count, and the 18 decks in Dutch, Japanese or French say so in the title. All links checked on 1 November 2026.

The library covers BCG client decks for public bodies such as the US Postal Service, WMATA, the City of Dallas, Harris County, the New York City Housing Authority, UK government programmes and Dutch ministries; slide decks BCG prepared for International Energy Forum ministerial meetings and other industry events; BCG's own slide-format research, including the Executive Perspectives and Investor Perspectives series; and BCG training and recruiting material. 75 of the 95 decks don't appear on the six other public lists of BCG decks we checked on 1 November 2026.

Where to start: Harris County's five-year financial plan (2024) for sized and ranked savings levers; Reshaping NYCHA Support Functions (2012) for a complete client recommendation; Perspectives on WMATA's Ridership (2017) for action titles and sourced charts; AI-First Companies Win the Future (2025) for current BCG research style; and BCG's internal PowerPoint format guide (2018) for the firm's own slide rules.

Client and Government Decks

These are the decks to read for how BCG structures a recommendation for a client. They are public because the client is a government body that publishes its board papers, parliamentary documents or programme material. Where BCG's slides sit inside a larger meeting packet, the Pages column gives their page range.

International Energy Forum background papers

BCG prepared slide-format background papers for the IEF's ministerial meetings from 2015 to 2020, and the IEF publishes them as IEF-BCG background papers. We list one from each of seven meetings; the IEF's event pages hold more than 20 others.

BCG Research Decks

BCG publishes some of its research as slide decks rather than written reports. The largest series here are Executive Perspectives, briefing decks for chief executives, and the investor surveys that started as COVID-19 Investor Pulse Checks in 2020 and continue as the Investor Perspectives Series. The True-Luxury Global Consumer Insight decks are joint studies with Altagamma, the Italian luxury-industry foundation.

Several decks from 2013–2015 survive only on SlideShare. BCG's own SlideShare account no longer exists, so they now show a removed-account name as the uploader; others were uploaded by BCG's co-publishers.

What Makes BCG Slides Effective

Reading a sample of the client and conference decks shows habits that recur across offices, industries and years.

The title states the finding. WMATA's 2017 ridership deck is titled slide by slide with conclusions such as "Rail ridership has dipped significantly since '09". Harris County's 2024 financial plan opens its analysis with "Harris County's General Fund budget surplus has diminished due to expenses growing faster than revenue". Reading the titles alone gives you the argument.

Charts carry their source. The ICRF data pack for the UK Cabinet Office puts the sample size and the survey under its charts ("Note: n = 84 Source: BCG ICRF Feedback Survey"). The WMATA deck lists sources on each data slide, including "BCG Analysis" where the team built the numbers.

The summary comes early. Harris County puts its summary on the second page. The Dutch defence deck from 2024 opens with a five-page summary before any analysis. The NYCHA deck sets out context, objectives and scope, then gives an executive summary before the detail.

The reader always knows where they are. NYCHA repeats its table of contents at each section break. WMATA splits its deck with divider slides that pose the section's question, such as "Can WMATA take flight?".

Opportunities are sized and ranked. The Harris County deck finds more than 25 levers worth an estimated $154–282 million, plots them by financial impact and feasibility, then groups them into pathways for action.

The footer tracks the file. The NYCHA (2012) and ICRF (2014) decks print the PowerPoint file name and date next to the copyright line on every page after the cover, so a reader can tell which version they hold.

Recent decks are widescreen. Of the decks on this page whose page size we could read, 48 of the 58 from 2017 onward are 16:9 or close to it. None of the 14 earlier decks are; they use A4 or letter-size landscape pages.

Patterns You Can Copy

  1. Write each title as the finding. If the title could sit on a chart with the opposite result, it is a label, not a finding.
  2. Put a source line under every chart, with the sample size when the data comes from a survey.
  3. Open with a summary of one to five slides, as the Dutch defence and Harris County decks do, before the detail.
  4. Show where the reader is. Repeat the agenda at each section break, or use divider slides that pose the section's question.
  5. Size each lever as a range and rank the levers before recommending a sequence. Harris County plots its levers on financial impact against feasibility; a 2x2 matrix is a simple way to show it.

For the formatting rules behind these decks, see BCG presentation style. For the same exercise with McKinsey's material, see 152 real McKinsey presentations, and for the method across the major firms, the consulting presentations guide.

Frequently Asked Questions About BCG Presentations

Where can I download real BCG presentations for free? This page links 95 real BCG presentations. 69 open as direct PDF or slide files on government, conference, co-publisher and BCG sites, with no signup. The rest are on SlideShare, Scribd or Speaker Deck, or are public copies on other sites. All links were checked on 1 November 2026.

Why are some BCG presentations public? Most BCG client work is confidential. Decks become public when a government client publishes board papers, parliamentary documents or programme material, when an event organiser posts a BCG speaker's slides, or when BCG publishes research as a slide deck, as it does with its Executive Perspectives and Investor Perspectives series.

How long is a typical BCG presentation? In this list, client decks have a median of 51 pages, conference decks 18, research decks 27 and training decks 21. Government studies run much longer: a BCG report for Japan's trade and industry ministry is 431 pages.

Is there a BCG investor presentation? BCG is a private firm, so it has no investor-relations deck. The search usually means the BCG Investor Perspectives Series, a recurring survey of investor sentiment that BCG publishes as a slideshow. This page links six of those decks, from 2020 to 2026.

Can I use BCG slides as a template? Use them to study structure: action titles, a source line under every chart, a summary up front and a clear section flow. Rebuild the layout with your own content instead of copying slides, because the content and logos belong to BCG or its clients. We found no official BCG template file to download; BCG's internal PowerPoint format guide from 2018 circulates on Scribd.

Rebuild the Structure With Your Own Content

To practise these patterns on an editable file, download Deckary's free consulting starter pack: a six-slide PPTX with an executive summary, issue tree, 2x2 prioritization matrix, waterfall chart and next steps, as a filled example and a blank version, with no signup. It is an original Deckary file, not a BCG template.

For a deck built from your own sources, Deckary creates and edits native slides in the PowerPoint presentation you already have open, or in the browser, using briefs, PDFs, Word documents and spreadsheets, with editable charts and tables.

¹ PDF links open in the browser, and the ODP files open in PowerPoint. Some bcg.com PDFs may refuse automated download tools but open normally in a browser. SlideShare, Scribd and Speaker Deck show decks online without an account but may ask you to sign in to download, and Scribd may limit how many pages you can read. The decks belong to BCG or its clients: public availability does not grant permission to reuse their content, data or logos, so study the structure and cite the source.
