A filled QBR example, ready to adapt

The example follows fictional company Northstar Analytics through Q3 2026. Revenue rises from $2.10m in Q2 to $2.40m in Q3, an increase of 14.3%, while remaining 4.0% below the $2.50m quarterly target. The deck explains both comparisons rather than treating growth as evidence that the plan succeeded.

The revenue bridge identifies a $0.18m renewal shortfall, offset by $0.05m of additional expansion revenue and $0.03m of usage revenue. Those movements total the $0.10m gap. The final slide assigns the renewal recovery to an owner and asks for a specific staffing decision.
